稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL1F10, also known as Interleukin-1 family member 10 or IL-36 receptor antagonist (IL-36RA), is a cytokine that plays a significant role in the regulation of immune and inflammatory responses. It belongs to the IL-1 family, which is crucial for mediating inflammation and immune signaling. Dysregulation of IL-1 family members, including IL1F10, has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases, such as psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other autoimmune disorders. Given its antagonistic properties against pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL1F10 has attracted considerable attention as a potential therapeutic target for managing these conditions. Research has focused on the development of recombinant IL1F10 protein for both functional studies and potential clinical applications, as it could serve to mitigate excessive inflammation and promote a balanced immune response. Furthermore, understanding the precise mechanisms by which IL1F10 modulates the immune system could provide insights into the underlying pathophysiology of related diseases. The study of IL1F10 not only enhances our comprehension of immune regulation but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at ameliorating inflammatory pathologies.
