稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PGF (Placental Growth Factor) recombinant protein is rooted in the exploration of vascular biology and its implications in various physiological and pathological processes. PGF, a member of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family, plays a crucial role in angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels, which is essential for normal development and wound healing. Moreover, its dysregulation is linked to several diseases, including cancer, where it can promote tumor growth and metastasis by enhancing blood supply. The recombinant production of PGF allows for the investigation of its functional properties and interactions with target cells, enabling researchers to unravel its mechanisms in promoting vasculature and its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, recombinant PGF can be utilized in preclinical studies to assess its effects on tumor models and other pathologies associated with abnormal vascularization. Understanding the biological activity of PGF and its role in various cellular environments can provide insights into novel approaches for treating diseases characterized by vascular dysfunction, thereby highlighting the importance of recombinant PGF in both basic research and clinical applications.
