稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-36 alpha (IL-36α), a member of the interleukin-1 cytokine family, plays a critical role in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in the context of skin inflammation and autoimmune diseases. Initially recognized for its involvement in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and other inflammatory skin conditions, IL-36α acts through the IL-36 receptor, initiating signaling pathways that lead to the recruitment of immune cells and the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a therapeutic target due to its pro-inflammatory effects. Researchers have increasingly focused on the recombinant production of IL-36α to better understand its biological functions and mechanisms of action. By generating large quantities of the protein, scientists aim to investigate its structure, receptor interactions, and downstream signaling effects. This recombinant IL-36α offers a valuable tool for both in vitro and in vivo experiments, facilitating the exploration of its role in various inflammatory disorders. Additionally, studying IL-36α in conjunction with other inflammatory mediators could shed light on its contribution to immune system dysregulation and uncover new avenues for treatment strategies in autoimmune diseases. The insights gained from these studies may ultimately lead to novel therapeutic approaches, targeting IL-36α to modulate inflammatory responses and enhance patient outcomes in related diseases.
