Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IPPK (Inositol Polyphosphate 5-Phosphatase K) is an important enzyme that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways by regulating inositol phosphate metabolism. Dysregulation of IPPK has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Research has focused on the structural and functional characterization of IPPK to understand its enzymatic mechanisms and interactions with other cellular proteins. The development of recombinant IPPK proteins facilitates in-depth studies of its biochemical properties, enabling researchers to explore its potential as a drug target. Additionally, the generation of various mutant forms of IPPK allows for the investigation of specific regions critical for its activity and interactions, providing insights into its role in cellular homeostasis. As more is understood about IPPK's function in vivo, it holds promise for the identification of biomarkers and the development of novel treatment strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease contexts. Thus, the recombinant expression and study of IPPK proteins are vital for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and therapeutic potential.
