Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HTATIP2 (HIV-1 Tat Interactive Protein 2) is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, including transcriptional regulation and apoptosis. It has garnered significant attention in HIV research due to its interaction with the HIV-1 Tat protein, which is essential for viral replication and latency. Studies have shown that HTATIP2 plays a role in modulating the immune response, influencing viral persistence, and contributing to the pathogenesis of HIV infection. Moreover, its involvement in cancer biology has also been explored, as HTATIP2 has been implicated in tumorigenesis and metastasis. The recombinant expression of HTATIP2 is pivotal for elucidating its functional roles and understanding its molecular mechanisms, particularly in the context of HIV-related diseases. By producing HTATIP2 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to investigate its activity, interaction with other proteins, and potential as a therapeutic target. This research may facilitate the development of innovative strategies for HIV treatment and enhance our understanding of its implications in cancer, thus contributing to broader biomedical knowledge.
