Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLCg2 (Phospholipase C gamma 2) is a crucial enzyme involved in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in immune responses and hematopoiesis. It is predominantly expressed in lymphocytes and plays a pivotal role in mediating signal transduction from activated receptors, leading to various cellular responses such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of PLCg2 has been implicated in several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and malignancies. Research into recombinant PLCg2 protein has gained traction as it allows for the elucidation of its structural and functional properties, facilitating a deeper understanding of its enzymatic mechanisms and interactions with other signaling molecules. By producing PLCg2 in a controlled environment, scientists can investigate its role in normal and pathological conditions, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. Furthermore, recombinant PLCg2 can serve as a valuable tool in drug discovery and development, as it can be used to screen for small molecules that modulate its activity, offering insights into new treatment strategies for PLCg2-related diseases. As such, the study of recombinant PLCg2 represents a significant area of biochemistry and molecular biology with the potential to contribute to advancements in medical science.
