稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GGT1, or gamma-glutamyltransferase 1, is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in glutathione metabolism and the detoxification of reactive oxygen species. It is predominantly expressed in various human tissues, particularly in the liver and kidney, where it is involved in the maintenance of cellular redox status and the metabolism of extracellular glutathione. Elevated levels of GGT1 have been associated with several pathological conditions, including liver diseases, metabolic syndrome, and certain types of cancer, making it a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and progression. Research on recombinant GGT1 protein has gained traction due to its significance in therapeutic applications and its role in understanding the biochemical pathways involving glutathione. By producing and characterizing GGT1 in a recombinant system, researchers aim to elucidate its functional properties, enzyme kinetics, and potential inhibitors, thus providing insights into its biological role and developing strategies for drug design. Furthermore, recombinant GGT1 can serve as a valuable tool for studying its involvement in disease mechanisms, screening for modulators of its activity, and exploring its therapeutic potential in oxidative stress-related disorders. Overall, the study of GGT1 and its recombinant protein presents a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge in biochemistry and translational medicine.
