Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP5PB, a subunit of the ATP synthase complex, plays a crucial role in mitochondrial bioenergetics and is essential for ATP production through oxidative phosphorylation. Recent studies have indicated that ATP5PB is not only vital for cellular energy metabolism but also may be involved in various physiological and pathological processes, including apoptosis, cancer progression, and neurodegenerative diseases. Given its significance, there is a growing interest in recombinant ATP5PB protein for exploring its function and interactions within the ATP synthase complex. Producing ATP5PB as a recombinant protein allows researchers to study its biochemical properties in detail, develop assays to assess its activity, and investigate potential therapeutic targets. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional dynamics of ATP5PB may provide insights into the mechanistic underpinnings of mitochondrial dysfunction associated with numerous diseases. This research is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of mitochondrial biology and for developing novel interventions aimed at mitigating the impacts of mitochondrial-related disorders.
