稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cardiac troponin I (cTnI) is a critical protein that plays a central role in the regulation of cardiac muscle contraction. It has emerged as a valuable biomarker for myocardial injury, making it a focus of research in the fields of cardiology and molecular biology. Elevated levels of cTnI in the blood are indicative of acute myocardial infarction and other cardiac-related conditions, leading to its widespread use in clinical diagnostics. The recombinant expression of cTnI offers a powerful tool to study its structure-function relationships, as well as to develop new therapeutic strategies. By producing cTnI through recombinant DNA technology, researchers can obtain high-quality, large quantities of the protein, which can be utilized in various assays and biophysical studies. This approach facilitates a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying cardiac muscle contraction and pathology. Moreover, recombinant cTnI is invaluable in drug development, vaccine formulation, and the exploration of cTnI's role in other diseases beyond cardiology, such as heart failure and certain skeletal muscle disorders. As research progresses, recombinant cTnI continues to illuminate the pathophysiological processes in cardiac health and disease, ultimately contributing to improved diagnostic and therapeutic options for patients suffering from cardiovascular ailments.
