Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HIST1H4C is a gene that encodes a core histone protein involved in the formation of nucleosomes, the fundamental units of chromatin. As a critical component of the histone H4 family, HIST1H4C plays a vital role in DNA packaging and regulation of gene expression through epigenetic modifications. Researchers have shown that alterations in histone proteins, including HIST1H4C, can lead to significant changes in cellular functions and are associated with various diseases, including cancer. The study of HIST1H4C recombinant protein allows scientists to investigate its structural dynamics, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other nuclear factors. By expressing and purifying HIST1H4C as a recombinant protein, researchers can perform biochemical assays and structural analyses, enhancing our understanding of its role in chromatin organization and stability. Additionally, the characterization of HIST1H4C can provide insights into the broader implications of histone modifications in epigenetic regulation and disease pathology. Overall, the exploration of HIST1H4C recombinant protein contributes to our understanding of histone biology and its impact on health and disease.
