Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRACR2B (Calcium release-activated calcium modulator 2B) is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of calcium ion influx in cells, playing a significant role in various cellular processes, including immune response, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Its primary function centers on the modulation of store-operated calcium entry (SOCE), which is essential for the activation of various signaling pathways. Dysregulation of CRACR2B has been linked to multiple diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. Recent advancements in protein engineering and recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the production of CRACR2B in vitro, allowing for detailed studies on its structure and function. Researchers are increasingly interested in characterizing the biochemical properties of CRACR2B, such as its interaction with other proteins and its role in calcium signaling. Understanding the molecular mechanisms through which CRACR2B operates could provide insights into its role in health and disease, paving the way for the development of novel treatments that could manipulate its activity to restore normal cellular functions. Thus, the study of recombinant CRACR2B not only enhances our comprehension of calcium signaling pathways but also holds promise for innovative therapeutic strategies in the management of related pathologies.
