Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HEMK1 (Hematopoietic Stem Cell Kinase 1) is a protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including hematopoiesis, cell proliferation, and survival. Research into HEMK1 is primarily driven by its implications in hematological diseases, particularly certain types of leukemia and other malignancies. Understanding the structure and function of HEMK1 is essential for uncovering its mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic applications. Recent studies have highlighted its regulatory effects on signaling pathways, suggesting that HEMK1 may influence the behavior of stem cells and their differentiation into various blood cell lineages. Recombinant HEMK1 protein has become a valuable tool for studying its functional roles in vitro, allowing researchers to explore its interactions with other proteins and its impact on cellular signaling. Given its potential as a therapeutic target, ongoing research aims to characterize HEMK1 further, which could lead to the development of targeted therapies for hematological disorders. This continuous investigation not only enhances our understanding of HEMK1 itself but also contributes to the broader field of cancer research and the quest for innovative treatment strategies.
