稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GCA (Gastric Cancer Antigen) recombinant proteins have garnered significant attention in the field of cancer research, particularly concerning gastric cancer, which is one of the leading causes of cancer-related mortality worldwide. The study of GCA and its recombinant forms is driven by the need for effective diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Gastric cancer often presents at advanced stages, making early detection crucial for improving patient outcomes. GCA proteins are thought to play a role in tumorigenesis, and their expression can be correlated with cancer progression. Researchers have sought to produce recombinant GCA proteins for various purposes, including the development of vaccines, targeted therapies, and biomarkers for early diagnosis. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the efficient production of these proteins, facilitating studies on their functionality and potential applications. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which GCA contributes to gastric cancer can lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets. Additionally, the immunogenic properties of GCA proteins offer promising avenues for vaccine development, potentially leading to innovative treatment options that harness the body's immune response to combat the disease. Overall, the ongoing research into GCA recombinant proteins is situated at the intersection of molecular biology and clinical application, highlighting their potential not only as tools for understanding gastric cancer biology but also as candidates for future interventions aimed at improving patient care and survival rates.
