稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KAT14, also known as lysine acetyltransferase 14, is a member of the GCN5-related N-acetyltransferase (GNAT) family, which plays a crucial role in the post-translational modification of proteins through acetylation. This modification is essential for regulating various cellular processes, including gene expression, metabolism, and cell cycle progression. Research on KAT14 has gained attention due to its implications in cancer biology and other diseases. Abnormal expression or activity of acetyltransferases like KAT14 has been linked to tumorigenesis, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Studies have also shown that KAT14 may be involved in the regulation of histone acetylation, impacting chromatin structure and function, thereby influencing transcriptional regulation. Furthermore, KAT14 has been indicated in metabolic pathways, suggesting its broader role in cellular homeostasis. Investigating the functional mechanisms of KAT14, including its substrate specificity, regulatory pathways, and interactions with other proteins, could lead to novel approaches for treating diseases associated with dysregulated acetylation. The understanding of KAT14 in these contexts is still evolving, and ongoing research aims to elucidate its full potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target, ultimately contributing to advancements in precision medicine.
