Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FBXO2, a member of the F-box protein family, plays a critical role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system by functioning as a substrate recognition component in E3 ubiquitin ligases. This protein is involved in targeting specific proteins for ubiquitination, which subsequently leads to their degradation, thus regulating various cellular processes including cell cycle progression, differentiation, and response to stress. Research has indicated that FBXO2 is essential in maintaining cellular homeostasis and is implicated in the pathogenesis of several diseases, including cancer. Its expression levels may be altered in tumor cells, influencing cancer progression and resistance to treatment. Moreover, FBXO2 has been identified as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target, making it a focus of intense research in the context of cancer biology and therapy. The recombinant expression of FBXO2 allows for detailed functional studies to uncover its molecular mechanisms, interactomes, and effects on cellular pathways. Understanding FBXO2's mechanisms may not only elucidate its role in disease but also pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in various pathological conditions. Consequently, investigations into FBXO2 and its recombinant protein are crucial to uncovering its comprehensive biological roles and therapeutic potential.
