稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRT81, or keratin 81, is a member of the keratin family of proteins, which are essential structural components of epithelial tissues. Research into KRT81 has gained significance due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes, including skin development, wound healing, and tumorigenesis. As a cytoskeletal protein, KRT81 contributes to the mechanical stability of epithelial cells and helps in maintaining cellular integrity. Studies have suggested that dysregulation of KRT81 expression can be linked to certain skin disorders and cancers, making it a target for therapeutic interventions. Recombinant protein research involving KRT81 aims to facilitate a better understanding of its functional properties, interactions with other cellular components, and influence on cell behavior. By producing KRT81 in a recombinant form, researchers can explore its structural characteristics, biochemical activities, and role in epithelial tissue dynamics. This line of inquiry not only contributes to the fundamental knowledge of keratin biology but also opens avenues for developing diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for conditions associated with keratin abnormalities.
