稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MMP25, also known as Matrix Metalloproteinase-25, is a member of the matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) family, which plays a crucial role in extracellular matrix remodeling and tissue homeostasis. MMPs are involved in various physiological processes, including embryogenesis, wound healing, and inflammation, but they are also implicated in pathological conditions such as cancer metastasis, arthritis, and cardiovascular diseases. MMP25, specifically, has garnered attention due to its unique substrate specificity and expression patterns in different tissues. Its activity is modulated by various factors, including tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs), which further complicate its regulatory mechanisms. Research into recombinant MMP25 protein has focused on elucidating its structure-function relationship, understanding its role in disease progression, and exploring its potential as a therapeutic target. By producing recombinant MMP25, researchers can analyze its enzymatic activity, inhibitor interactions, and biological effects in a controlled environment. Moreover, studying MMP25's expression in pathological conditions may provide insights into its contribution to disease mechanisms, paving the way for the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies targeting MMPs. Overall, MMP25 represents a significant target within the expansive field of metalloproteinase research, with implications that extend to cancer therapy, tissue regeneration, and the treatment of various degenerative diseases.
