Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Receptor-interacting protein kinase 3 (RIPK3) is a critical regulator of necroptosis, a programmed form of cell death distinct from apoptosis. Emerging research highlights RIPK3’s role in various pathophysiological conditions, including inflammation, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases. The kinase is activated in response to specific stimuli, leading to the formation of the necrosome complex with RIPK1 and mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL), which subsequently induces cellular necrosis. Given its pivotal role in cell death pathways, RIPK3 has garnered significant interest as a potential therapeutic target. Recombining RIPK3 protein for in vitro studies enables researchers to elucidate its structural properties, interaction with other regulatory proteins, and post-translational modifications. Furthermore, understanding the precise mechanisms by which RIPK3 mediates necroptosis can uncover novel strategies for modulating cell death in diseases characterized by uncontrolled apoptosis or necroptosis. Ongoing studies are focused on the generation of recombinant RIPK3 proteins to explore their biological functions, interactions, and potential as drug targets, paving the way for innovative treatments in the management of human diseases associated with dysregulated cell death.
