Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCN1, also known as cysteine-rich angiogenic inducer 61 (CYR61), is a member of the CCN protein family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and angiogenesis. Research has highlighted the significance of CCN1 in pathological conditions such as cancer, wound healing, and cardiovascular diseases. Its ability to interact with cell surface receptors and extracellular matrix components suggests its involvement in cell signaling pathways that govern tissue development and repair. CCN1 is also implicated in tumorigenesis, where it can promote cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. Understanding the mechanisms underlying CCN1 activity is vital for developing potential therapeutic strategies targeting its functions. Recombinant CCN1 protein studies facilitate the exploration of its biological properties and interactions at the molecular level, paving the way for future research on its therapeutic applications and role in disease progression. As a focus of increasing interest, CCN1 serves as a promising candidate for drug development and biomarker identification in various therapeutic contexts.
