稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCL20, also known as Chemokine C-C motif ligand 20, is a small cytokine belonging to the CCL family and is primarily involved in the recruitment of immune cells to sites of inflammation and infection. It specifically attracts lymphocytes, particularly T cells and dendritic cells, expressing the CCR6 receptor. The importance of CCL20 in immune responses, particularly in inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and cancer, has driven significant research interest. Elevated levels of CCL20 have been observed in various pathological conditions, indicating its potential as a biomarker for disease progression. Furthermore, its role in the migration of various immune cells makes it a candidate for targeted therapeutic interventions. Investigating the recombinant expression of CCL20 provides insights into its functional roles and paves the way for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses. The production of recombinant CCL20 allows for the study of its structure-function relationships, interactions with receptors, and downstream signaling pathways. Additionally, understanding how CCL20 interacts with other chemokines and cytokines is crucial for comprehending its role in the intricate network of immune regulation. Overall, the research surrounding recombinant CCL20 is significant in addressing not only fundamental immunological questions but also in translating findings into clinical applications for the treatment of various diseases.
