Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OXA (oxazolidinone) recombinase proteins have garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to their role in facilitating site-specific DNA recombination. These proteins are derived from bacterial systems, where they play a crucial role in genetic processes such as chromosomal rearrangements and integration of foreign DNA. Researchers have been exploring OXA recombinases as potential tools for genetic engineering, synthetic biology, and gene therapy, owing to their ability to target and manipulate specific genomic loci with high precision. The versatility and efficiency of OXA proteins make them attractive candidates for developing novel therapeutic strategies, particularly in treating genetic disorders and enhancing the production of bio-based materials. Recent advancements in protein engineering have further enhanced the specificity and efficiency of these recombinases, widening their applicability in various biotechnological fields. As the demand for precise genetic manipulation continues to rise, the study of OXA recombinase proteins is poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our understanding of genome editing and its potential applications in medicine and agriculture.
