Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCL1, also known as I-309, is a chemokine that plays a crucial role in the immune system, particularly in attracting T lymphocytes and eosinophils to sites of inflammation. Its primary function is to facilitate the migration of these immune cells to tissues during immune responses, making it an important molecule in the context of various diseases, including asthma, allergic reactions, and chronic inflammatory conditions. The study of CCL1 recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its potential therapeutic implications and its role in understanding immune mechanisms. By producing CCL1 in recombinant form, researchers can investigate its biochemical properties, receptor interactions, and the underlying signaling pathways. Furthermore, recombinant CCL1 can be utilized in preclinical models to evaluate its impact on immune responses, inflammation, and various disease processes. Advances in biotechnological methods have enabled the efficient production and characterization of CCL1, paving the way for further exploration of its therapeutic potential. Investigating CCL1 not only enhances our understanding of chemokine function but also contributes to the development of novel therapeutic strategies for managing immune-related disorders. Thus, research on CCL1 recombinant protein is vital for both basic immunology and clinical applications, highlighting its significance as a target for drug development and immunotherapy.
