Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PADI3 (Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase type 3) is an enzyme belonging to the peptidylarginine deiminase family, which catalyzes the post-translational modification of proteins by converting arginine residues into citrulline. This process, known as citrullination, plays a crucial role in various biological functions, including gene regulation, inflammation, and the immune response. Recent studies have linked PADI3 to skin biology, notably in keratinocyte differentiation and the development of skin-related diseases such as psoriasis and acne. Furthermore, dysregulation of PADI3 activity has been implicated in autoimmune disorders, pointing to its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the structure, function, and regulation of PADI3 could provide valuable insights into its roles in health and disease, encouraging further research into its applications in medical treatments and biomarker discovery. As a result, the study of PADI3 recombinant proteins is essential for elucidating the underlying mechanisms of its enzymatic activity and developing novel strategies for disease intervention.
