稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Canx, or calnexin, is a crucial molecular chaperone located in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) that plays a significant role in protein folding and quality control. Research on Canx has gained momentum due to its pivotal involvement in the glycoprotein maturation process, ensuring proper conformation and functionality of newly synthesized proteins. The protein's ability to interact with misfolded polypeptides and facilitate their refolding or degradation highlights its importance in cellular homeostasis. Aberrant Canx function is implicated in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain cancers, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of Canx and its interactions with client proteins. Understanding these mechanisms is essential for elucidating the molecular basis of ER stress and its consequences on cellular health. Moreover, through the development of Canx recombinant proteins, researchers aim to investigate its chaperoning capabilities and explore its potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. This research not only enhances our comprehension of protein quality control pathways but also paves the way for novel strategies in drug design and therapeutic development aimed at targeting ER-related diseases.
