稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GTF2H1, a key component of the transcription factor complex TFIIH, plays a pivotal role in nucleotide excision repair (NER) and the regulation of transcription. This protein is essential for the repair of DNA lesions caused by ultraviolet light and chemical mutagens, making it critical for maintaining genomic stability. Mutations in GTF2H1 have been associated with disorders like Xeroderma Pigmentosum, characterized by heightened sensitivity to UV radiation and an increased risk of skin cancer. Research into recombinant GTF2H1 has become increasingly important for understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions within the TFIIH complex. The production of recombinant GTF2H1 facilitates in vitro studies that shed light on its structural properties and roles in DNA repair pathways. Additionally, the ongoing investigation of this protein's regulation and activity is crucial for developing potential therapeutic strategies aimed at mitigating the consequences of DNA repair deficiencies. Overall, the study of recombinant GTF2H1 not only enhances our comprehension of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for advancing clinical approaches to related genetic disorders.
