Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FBXW8 is a member of the F-box protein family, which plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, a key mechanism for protein degradation and regulation within cells. Emerging research indicates that FBXW8 is involved in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, signal transduction, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of FBXW8 expression has been linked to several diseases, especially cancer, where it may contribute to the stabilization of oncogenic proteins or the degradation of tumor suppressors. Furthermore, studies have shown that FBXW8 can influence immune responses and has potential implications in autoimmune conditions. Given its role in critical cellular functions and disease states, understanding the molecular mechanisms of FBXW8, including its interaction partners and regulatory pathways, is essential for identifying novel therapeutic targets and developing strategies for intervention. This makes FBXW8 a compelling subject of study within the fields of cancer biology, immunology, and cell biology.
