Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUSC4, also known as Tumor Suppressor Candidate 4, is a gene located on chromosome 3 and has been implicated in various cancer types due to its role as a tumor suppressor. Research shows that TUSC4 expression is frequently downregulated in several malignancies, suggesting its potential role in tumorigenesis. The loss of TUSC4 expression has been linked to increased cellular proliferation and reduced apoptosis, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and genomic integrity. Studies indicate that TUSC4 may interact with key signaling pathways involved in cell cycle regulation and apoptosis, making it a candidate for understanding the molecular mechanisms of cancer development. The recombinant production of TUSC4 protein allows researchers to investigate its functional properties and interactions within cellular pathways in greater detail. This research aims to elucidate the role of TUSC4 in cancer biology, potentially leading to novel therapeutic strategies that could reinstate its function or mimic its action in cancer cells, ultimately improving patient outcomes in cancer treatment. By generating a thorough understanding of TUSC4’s mechanisms, scientists hope to contribute to the development of targeted therapies that could enhance the efficacy of existing treatments or provide new avenues for intervention in malignancies where TUSC4 is downregulated.
