Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GATA6 is a member of the GATA transcription factor family, which plays a critical role in regulating gene expression during embryogenesis and organ development, particularly in the heart, lungs, and digestive system. Research into GATA6 has intensified due to its essential functions in determining cell fate and lineage specification. Mutations in the GATA6 gene have been associated with various congenital heart defects and other developmental disorders, making it a significant focus of medical research. Recombination protein studies of GATA6 allow scientists to explore its structural properties, binding affinities, and interactions with other proteins, which are crucial for understanding its regulatory mechanisms in cellular processes. Furthermore, recombinant GATA6 proteins can be utilized in therapeutic applications, including gene therapy and tissue engineering, highlighting the potential of manipulating GATA6 pathways to treat developmental anomalies. By providing insights into the functional roles of GATA6, these studies contribute to the broader understanding of gene regulation and its implications in both health and disease.
