Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GIMAP7 (GTPase of immunity-associated protein 7) is a member of the GIMAP family, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses and apoptosis. Research has shown that GIMAP proteins are involved in various cellular processes, including the maintenance of T cell homeostasis and the modulation of lymphocyte survival. GIMAP7, in particular, has garnered attention due to its differential expression in immune cells, suggesting its potential significance in immune disorders. Studies have indicated that GIMAP7 may be linked to autoimmune diseases and cancer, as alterations in its expression can affect cellular signaling pathways and immune cell functions. To elucidate the functional roles of GIMAP7, researchers have focused on the production of recombinant GIMAP7 proteins, enabling detailed biochemical and structural analyses. These recombinant proteins facilitate investigations into the protein’s GTPase activity, interaction with other signaling molecules, and impact on T cell development. Understanding the mechanisms by which GIMAP7 influences immune cell behavior can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target for modulating immune responses in various diseases. The exploration of GIMAP7 not only enriches our knowledge of immune regulation but also opens avenues for developing novel strategies in immunotherapy and treatment of immune-related conditions.
