稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GIMAP4 (GTPase of immunity-associated protein 4) is a member of the GIMAP family of proteins, which are primarily associated with immune regulation and lymphocyte development. The protein is encoded by a gene located within a region of the human genome that has been linked to autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus and multiple sclerosis. Initial studies suggested that GIMAP4 plays a critical role in the survival and apoptosis of T cells, indicating its potential influence on immune responses. Research into the recombinant form of GIMAP4 has been driven by the need to understand its precise function and mechanisms at the molecular level. By producing and studying recombinant GIMAP4, researchers aim to elucidate its structural properties, interactions with other proteins, and its role in cellular signaling pathways. This understanding is crucial not only for fundamental immunological research but also for developing therapeutic strategies for autoimmune disorders where GIMAP4 may be implicated. Furthermore, the study of GIMAP4 offers insights into the broader context of immune system regulation and the potential for targeted interventions in immune-mediated conditions. As such, GIMAP4 has garnered attention both as a biomarker for certain diseases and as a potential therapeutic target, making its recombinant protein an important subject of investigation in immunology and related fields.
