Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUP107 is a pivotal component of the nuclear pore complex (NPC), which plays a crucial role in regulating nucleocytoplasmic transport, thereby influencing various cellular processes including gene expression, signal transduction, and cell cycle progression. Disruptions in NUP107 function have been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and viral infections, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Given its essential role, researchers have increasingly focused on the characterization and functional analysis of NUP107 through recombinant protein studies. By expressing and purifying NUP107 as a recombinant protein, scientists aim to better understand its structural properties and interaction dynamics with other nucleoporins and cellular factors. These studies are instrumental in elucidating the mechanisms underlying NPC assembly and disassembly, as well as the implications of NUP107 dysregulation in disease contexts. Furthermore, the production of NUP107 recombinant protein facilitates the development of targeted therapeutics and diagnostic tools, making it a focal point in both fundamental and applied biological research.
