Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Histone H1, specifically the HIST1H2AH protein, plays a critical role in the regulation of chromatin structure and gene expression. It is a variant of the linker histone proteins that bind to the nucleosome and facilitate higher-order chromatin folding, thus influencing DNA accessibility for transcription and replication. Aberrant expression or mutation of HIST1H2AH has been implicated in various cancers and developmental disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining genomic stability. Recent studies utilizing advanced techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing and next-generation sequencing have provided insights into the functional mechanisms of HIST1H2AH in chromatin dynamics and its interactions with other histone variants and regulatory proteins. Additionally, research into the post-translational modifications of HIST1H2AH has revealed how these modifications can modulate its function and impact cellular processes like apoptosis and cell cycle progression. Understanding the precise roles of HIST1H2AH in cellular contexts not only enhances our fundamental knowledge of epigenetics but also opens avenues for potential therapeutic targets in diseases associated with histone malfunctions. The ongoing investigation into HIST1H2AH and its associated pathways underscores its significance as a pivotal component in the intricate regulation of gene expression and chromatin organization.
