稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATG7, an essential gene in the autophagy process, plays a crucial role in the cellular degradation and recycling of proteins and organelles, thereby maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress. It encodes a ubiquitin-like enzyme that activates autophagy by facilitating the conjugation of LC3 to phosphatidylethanolamine, a process vital for autophagosome formation. Research into recombinant ATG7 protein has gained traction due to its implications in various pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, and infections. Many of these diseases are characterized by impaired autophagy, leading to cellular dysfunction. Thus, understanding ATG7's function through recombinant studies can provide insights into its mechanistic role in autophagy and its contribution to disease processes. Moreover, recombinant ATG7 provides a valuable tool for exploring the autophagy pathway's dynamics in vitro and in vivo, enabling researchers to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying autophagosome formation and the impact of autophagy modulation. With advances in biotechnological methods, such as CRISPR and protein expression systems, studies focusing on recombinant ATG7 have the potential to identify novel therapeutic targets and strategies for enhancing autophagic activity, thereby offering promising avenues for treating various diseases linked to autophagy dysregulation. Through these investigations, scientists aim to bridge the gap between basic research and clinical applications, paving the way for innovative approaches to combat diseases where autophagy plays a critical role.
