Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of AMFR (autosomal dominant multiple-facial resection) recombinant proteins has gained significant interest in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology due to their potential applications in therapeutic interventions and bioprocessing. AMFR, a key player in the regulation of intracellular protein degradation via the autophagy-lysosomal pathway, is crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress. Research has highlighted its role in various cellular processes, including gene expression, signal transduction, and the modulation of immune responses. Additionally, the involvement of AMFR in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders emphasizes the need for a deeper understanding of its function. Recombinant protein technology enables the production of AMFR in controlled environments, allowing researchers to investigate its structure and function extensively. Moreover, these recombinant proteins can be utilized in drug development, diagnostic tools, and as potential therapeutic agents, paving the way for novel treatments. The ongoing research in this area aims to elucidate the mechanisms underlying AMFR’s actions, the pathways it influences, and the ways in which it can be manipulated for therapeutic purposes, thereby contributing to advancements in disease management and biotechnological applications.
