Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
USP10 is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease (USP) family, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of protein degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. This enzyme is involved in the hydrolysis of ubiquitin from protein substrates, thereby preventing their proteasomal degradation and modulating various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and stress responses. Research on USP10 has gained momentum due to its implications in several pathological conditions, such as cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and viral infections. Notably, USP10 has been shown to stabilize key tumor suppressors like p53, thus influencing cell fate decisions and oncogenic processes. Given its potential as a therapeutic target, the production and study of recombinant USP10 protein have become essential for elucidating its biological functions and interactions. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which USP10 exerts its effects could provide valuable insights into novel therapeutic strategies that manipulate ubiquitin signaling pathways for disease intervention. Hence, the generation of USP10 recombinant protein is not only significant for basic research but also for the development of clinical applications aimed at combating diseases linked to dysregulated ubiquitination.
