稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the URG4 (also known as REG4 or REGER) recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in various biological processes and disease states. URG4, a member of the regenerating gene family, is primarily associated with cellular proliferation, survival, and differentiation. It has been implicated in the development of several cancers, particularly gastrointestinal tumors, where its expression levels can serve as a prognostic marker for tumor progression. Research has demonstrated that URG4 plays a crucial role in promoting cell growth and survival, potentially through its interactions with signaling pathways such as the Wnt and MAPK pathways. Moreover, due to its stability and ability to be expressed in various systems, the recombinant form of URG4 is being explored for therapeutic applications, including as a potential target in cancer treatment strategies. By studying the structure, function, and cellular mechanisms of URG4, scientists aim to uncover its biological roles and develop novel interventions to manipulate its expression or function in disease contexts. This research not only enhances our understanding of cancer biology but also paves the way for the design of new therapeutic approaches that may improve patient outcomes in malignancies associated with aberrant URG4 expression.
