Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZSCAN10 is a zinc finger protein that plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression and cellular processes, particularly in the context of the immune response and stem cell biology. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various biological pathways, including the modulation of T cell activation and differentiation, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. The ability of ZSCAN10 to influence pluripotency and differentiation suggests that it could also be significant in regenerative medicine. As a transcription factor, ZSCAN10 directly interacts with DNA and other proteins, affecting the transcription of numerous genes. Research into recombinant ZSCAN10 focuses on understanding its structural and functional properties, which can provide insights into its biological mechanisms. Recombinant protein production allows for in-depth studies on its interactions, post-translational modifications, and functional assays, which are essential for elucidating its role in various cellular contexts. Investigating ZSCAN10 offers valuable opportunities for advancements in both basic science and potential clinical applications, particularly in enhancing immune responses or modulating stem cell fate decisions. Understanding its mechanistic pathways could pave the way for innovative strategies in treating diseases linked to its dysregulation.
