稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on the PER1 recombinant protein has garnered significant attention due to its crucial role in the circadian rhythm regulation in mammals. PER1, or Period Circadian Protein 1, is a core component of the molecular clock machinery, influencing various biological processes such as sleep-wake cycles, hormone secretion, and metabolic pathways. Dysregulation of PER1 has been linked to numerous health issues, including sleep disorders, obesity, and mood disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding its functional mechanisms. As scientists have begun to explore the potential therapeutic applications of targeting PER1 in treating circadian-related disorders, recombinant technologies have emerged as a valuable tool for producing purified PER1 protein for in vitro studies. These studies aim to elucidate the interaction of PER1 with other circadian clock proteins and its post-translational modifications, which can provide insights into the intricate feedback loops that govern circadian rhythms. Moreover, developing recombinant PER1 enables further research into its structural properties and functional dynamics, potentially leading to the identification of novel drug targets that could ameliorate the physiological disturbances caused by circadian misalignments. This research not only advances our understanding of chronobiology but also supports the overarching goal of improving human health by addressing the challenges posed by disrupted circadian rhythms in an increasingly fast-paced modern world.
