Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBOX5 is a member of the U-box protein family, which is characterized by a unique U-box structural motif that is involved in protein-protein interactions and ubiquitination processes. Research into UBOX5 has gained significance due to its potential role in cellular signaling pathways and its implications in various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Recent studies suggest that UBOX5 may influence the degradation of specific substrates by promoting their ubiquitination, thereby regulating protein turnover and modulating cellular responses to stress. Understanding the functional mechanisms of UBOX5 and its interactions with other cellular components could provide valuable insights into its contributions to disease mechanisms and open up new avenues for therapeutic interventions. Given the increasing interest in the U-box family of proteins in the context of targeted therapies and cellular regulation, UBOX5 is poised to become an important focus of research in molecular biology and biochemistry. Its study could lead to breakthroughs in understanding how protein homeostasis is maintained in cells and how dysregulation of these processes can lead to disease.
