Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FKHL18 is a member of the forkhead box (FOX) family of transcription factors, which play crucial roles in various biological processes, including development, cell proliferation, and differentiation. The study of FKHL18 is particularly significant due to its involvement in regulating gene expression in response to different physiological and pathological conditions. Recent research has highlighted the potential impact of FKHL18 on cellular processes related to cancer progression and metabolic disorders. Understanding the structure and function of FKHL18 through recombinant protein studies can provide valuable insights into its mechanisms of action and interaction with other cellular components. Moreover, the generation of FKHL18 recombinant proteins enables investigators to assess its functional properties in vitro and in vivo, paving the way for therapeutic applications targeting FKHL18-related pathways. By exploring the biochemical and biophysical characteristics of FKHL18, researchers can elucidate its role in transcriptional regulation and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in disease contexts. Overall, FKHL18 research is poised to contribute to a deeper understanding of the FOX family transcription factors and their relevance in health and disease.
