Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBL7, or Ubiquitin-like protein 7, is a member of the ubiquitin-like protein family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell cycle regulation, and stress responses. The interest in UBL7 has surged in recent years due to its potential implications in disease mechanisms, particularly in cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. As a ubiquitin-like modifier, UBL7 is involved in post-translational modifications, influencing protein stability and activity, thus impacting cellular homeostasis. Research has indicated that UBL7 may modulate signaling pathways that are vital for cell proliferation and survival. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant production of UBL7 for biochemical characterization and functional assays, enabling the exploration of its interactions with target proteins and pathways. These investigations aim to delineate the precise role of UBL7 in cellular processes and its potential as a therapeutic target. Overall, the recombinant UBL7 protein serves as a valuable tool in understanding its biological functions and the underlying mechanisms of diseases associated with its dysregulation.
