Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FIP1L1 (FIP1 Like 1) is a gene of significant interest, primarily due to its involvement in various hematological disorders, including eosinophilic disorders and certain types of cancer, particularly those associated with chromosomal translocations. The most notable fusion gene involving FIP1L1 is FIP1L1-PDGFRA, which has been implicated in chronic eosinophilic leukemia, leading to its recognition as a critical marker for diagnosis and targeted therapies. The study of FIP1L1 and its recombinant proteins has gained momentum as researchers seek to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying these pathologies. By exploring the structure and function of FIP1L1-related proteins, scientists aim to elucidate their role in cell signaling and proliferation. Additionally, the recombinant production of FIP1L1 proteins facilitates the creation of specific antibodies and pharmacological agents that can modulate eosinophil activity or target the FIP1L1-PDGFRA fusion for cancer treatment. This research not only sheds light on disease mechanisms but also aids in the development of novel therapeutic strategies, making FIP1L1 an increasingly prominent focus in the fields of molecular biology and oncology. The ongoing investigation into FIP1L1 and its biological implications continues to hold promise for improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment options for affected patients.
