Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRC4B (Leucine Rich Repeat Containing 4B) is a gene that has garnered attention in recent years due to its involvement in various cellular processes and potential implications in human health. This protein is primarily expressed in the nervous system and is thought to play a significant role in regulating synaptic transmission and neuronal development. Research has indicated that LRRC4B may act as a receptor for certain neurotransmitters, suggesting its importance in synaptic plasticity and neural communication. Additionally, mutations and dysregulation of this gene have been linked to neurodevelopmental disorders, highlighting the necessity for a deeper understanding of its function and interactions. The study of LRRC4B recombinant proteins has become increasingly important as researchers aim to elucidate its mechanisms at the molecular level. By producing and characterizing LRRC4B recombinant proteins, scientists hope to explore its structural properties, binding affinities, and interactions with other proteins, which are essential for identifying potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its dysfunction. Furthermore, understanding LRRC4B’s role in the brain could provide insights into broader neurobiological processes and help in developing strategies for intervention in neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders. Overall, ongoing research into LRRC4B will enhance our knowledge of brain function and its associated pathologies, offering promising avenues for future therapeutic developments.
