稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FIGNL2 (Fidgetin-like 2) is a member of the fidgetin family of proteins, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cell motility, apoptosis, and cellular signaling. Research has revealed that FIGNL2 is involved in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics and has implications for cellular morphology and motility. Its expression is particularly significant in tissues undergoing rapid cellular changes, such as during development and tissue regeneration. Moreover, abnormalities in FIGNL2 expression or activity have been linked to various diseases, including cancers and neurodevelopmental disorders. The recombinant expression of FIGNL2 has become a focal point in studies aiming to elucidate its functional mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components, facilitating a better understanding of its role in health and disease. By utilizing techniques such as protein engineering and mass spectrometry, researchers can explore the biochemical properties and activities of FIGNL2, ultimately providing insights that could lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting pathways influenced by this protein.
