Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2V1, a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is essential for protein degradation, cell cycle regulation, and various cellular processes. This enzyme is particularly noted for its involvement in the modification of target proteins with ubiquitin chains, influencing their stability and function. The study of UBE2V1 has gained significant attention due to its implications in various diseases, including cancer, where aberrations in ubiquitination processes can lead to oncogenesis and tumor progression. Understanding UBE2V1's specific interactions and regulatory mechanisms is vital for elucidating its role in cellular homeostasis and disease pathogenesis. Moreover, the development of UBE2V1 as a potential therapeutic target presents exciting opportunities for novel treatments, as modulating its activity may restore normal protein turnover and cellular function. Recombinant UBE2V1 protein has become a valuable tool for investigating the enzyme's biochemical properties and its interactions with other components of the ubiquitin pathway, providing insights into the molecular underpinnings of its function and its broader implications in human health and disease. As research continues to unfold, UBE2V1 stands at the intersection of fundamental biology and translational medicine, highlighting the importance of this enzyme in both basic and applied science.
