稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
vWA2, or von Willebrand factor A2 domain-containing protein, has emerged as a significant focus in the field of biomedical research due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes. As a member of the von Willebrand factor (vWF) family, vWA2 shares structural and functional characteristics with its relatives, contributing to cellular adhesion and signaling pathways. Studies have indicated that vWA2 is involved in vascular biology, particularly in the regulation of platelet functions and endothelial cell interactions, which are critical in coagulation and inflammation. The manipulation of vWA2, particularly through recombinant protein technology, enables researchers to explore its specific functions, interactions, and mechanisms at a molecular level. This is crucial for understanding its implications in diseases such as thrombosis, cardiovascular disorders, and even cancer, where abnormal vWF expression and function play a pivotal role. Recombinant vWA2 proteins can be used in assays to study their binding affinity to various ligands, providing insights into therapeutic targets or biomarkers for disease detection. Furthermore, advancements in protein engineering open up possibilities for the development of vWA2-based therapeutic strategies or diagnostic tools, making it a promising candidate for further investigation in translational medicine. Overall, understanding the intricacies of vWA2 through research on its recombinant forms could pave the way for novel interventions in managing related health conditions.
