Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FGD3, or “Facilitates GTPase Domain Containing 3,” is a protein involved in the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton and has been linked to critical cellular processes such as cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis and neurological disorders. FGD3 is known to interact with Rho GTPases, which are key regulators of the cytoskeletal arrangement and signal transduction pathways. This interaction facilitates the reorganization of the actin filament network, a process essential for maintaining cellular shape and motility. Researchers have been particularly interested in the role of FGD3 in tumor biology, as alterations in its expression or function may contribute to enhanced invasive properties of cancer cells. Understanding the molecular mechanisms behind FGD3's action could provide valuable insights for developing therapeutic strategies targeting related pathways. Additionally, the exploration of FGD3 as a potential biomarker for specific types of tumors is gaining traction in the field. With advancements in recombinant protein technology, researchers are now able to produce and characterize FGD3 in various systems, enabling detailed studies on its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular proteins. Overall, the ongoing research into FGD3 is expected to unveil crucial aspects of its role in cellular dynamics and its implications in health and disease.
