  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

UBE1DC1, a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme (E1) family, has garnered scientific interest due to its unique role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is crucial for protein degradation and cellular regulation. The protein is characterized by its ability to catalyze the conjugation of ubiquitin to target proteins, thus marking them for degradation and influencing various cellular processes such as cell cycle progression, signal transduction, and stress responses. Recent studies have revealed that UBE1DC1 may play a significant role in regulating protein homeostasis and may be implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Furthermore, its involvement in modulating immune responses has opened new avenues for research in immunology. Given its essential function and potential applicability in therapeutic strategies, understanding the molecular mechanisms and pathways linked to UBE1DC1 is vital. This knowledge could lead to the development of novel interventions aimed at manipulating the ubiquitin-proteasome system for disease treatment or prevention. Hence, the exploration of UBE1DC1 as a recombinant protein has become a focal point for researchers aiming to elucidate its functional roles and therapeutic potential.
