Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBASH3B, a member of the ubiquitin-associated and SH3 domain-containing protein family, plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including immune response and signal transduction. It is primarily expressed in hematopoietic tissues and is known to influence T-cell receptor signaling by interacting with different molecules involved in this pathway. Research has shown that UBASH3B can modulate the stability of signaling complexes, thereby affecting T-cell activation and differentiation. Its dysregulation has been associated with autoimmune diseases and certain types of cancer, highlighting its importance in maintaining immune homeostasis. Understanding the structure and function of UBASH3B is crucial for elucidating its mechanisms in cellular signaling and its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies focus on the recombinant production of UBASH3B to examine its biochemical properties, interaction partners, and role in disease contexts, paving the way for novel immunotherapeutic strategies. The development of UBASH3B as a research tool can facilitate the exploration of its function in the immune system and lead to insights into novel disease mechanisms involving aberrant signaling pathways.
