Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RRM1 (Ribonucleotide Reductase Regulatory Subunit M1) is a critical enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides, which are essential for DNA replication and repair. This protein plays a pivotal role in maintaining the balance of nucleotide pools within cells, impacting cellular proliferation and survival. Research into RRM1 has gained significant attention due to its implications in cancer biology, as elevated levels of RRM1 have been associated with resistance to various chemotherapeutic agents, particularly in solid tumors. Understanding the regulatory mechanisms and functions of RRM1 is crucial for elucidating its role in tumorigenesis and chemoresistance. Additionally, as RRM1 is necessary for DNA synthesis, it has potential applications in developing targeted therapies. Studies of RRM1 also extend to its expression levels as biomarkers for prognosis and treatment response in cancer patients. Given the enzyme's importance in cell cycle regulation and its potential therapeutic implications, ongoing research is focused on characterizing RRM1's structure, regulatory pathways, and interactions with other proteins, aiming to explore novel strategies to overcome drug resistance in cancer treatment.
